Our facility is a certified ISO 10,00 clean room , providing a controlled environment that protects lab disposable products from contaminants. This advanced setup minimizes exposure to pollutants such as dust, airborne microbes, and aerosol particles. The facility’s stringent standards ensure safe, high-quality products for medical applications.
Packaging
Each unit is carefully packed in sets of 100 tubes, placed in a protective rack, and sealed in shrink-wrapped plastic. For added protection, the units are encased in a durable cardboard box to maintain freshness and prevent damage. This packaging process ensures safe handling and delivery of each product.
Sterilization
Tubes are packaged in sets of 100 pieces, with 12 sets (1,200 pieces) securely placed in high-quality cartons. This multilayered packing process maintains product integrity and cleanliness throughout transport. Our sterilization standards ensure optimal safety and readiness for immediate use.
